Looking to gain speed, endurance, power, and strength? Lynne Leger will teach proper technique, form, knee/ankle bends & body position. Players will develop balance, edge control, agility, rhythm, timing & overall quickness.

The largest co-ed adult learn to play hockey program in the U.S.A. This program is open to adults 18+ who have never played hockey. It will combine on-ice skills sessions with instructional games. During this program, participants will learn the fundamental skills of ice hockey, including how to skate if they’ve never done so before. In addition, they will get a chance to play the greatest game on Earth.

This league is designed to introduce newer players to the wonderful game of hockey. Make a team with your friends, or our team will put you on the right team if you sign up individually. Our Hockey Initiation Program (Learn to Play Hockey) is a progressive hockey skills development program that is designed to provide skills instruction for children ages 5-14. This program has been set up an an introduction to hockey focusing on basic hockey skills, with an emphasis on having FUN!

Our weekly sessions teach the fundamental skills of PUCK HANDLING, PASSING, SHOOTING, and GAME SITUATIONS while reinforcing previously taught skating skills. Our progressive teaching methods provide the skaters with the opportunity to develop confidence and a positive self-image while experiencing achievement throughout the program.

This Try Hockey for Free event is designed to provide kids ages 4 to 9 the opportunity to try hockey in a FUN, safe environment with trained coaching staff.

No experience necessary! There will be plenty of assistance on hand to be sure your child has the best first hockey experience and answer any questions you might have.
